- correct equipment name, type, part numbers and quantity,
- application/purpose of equipment, e.g. aircraft type,
- category of equipment – new or used (serviceable/overhauled),
- required installation kits (rack, connectors, antenna, etc.),
- delivery point/address,
- delivery (shipping) terms (per Incoterms),
- shipping charges to be included or not,
- acceptable payment terms (partial, 100%, UAH/USD/EUR, barter, exchange).
