Generally our warranty terms for avionics are:
By mutual agreement with the customer we can fix extended warranty terms. Please, be advised that extended warranty may increase unit price. Warranty for units after repair (overhauled) covers only performed works and replaced parts (components, modules, boards, elements). In case of unit failure (malfunction) during incoming inspection (receipt) or during a warranty period defective (failed) unit would be replaced (or repaired) within agreed short terms. Claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of item(s), otherwise all sales are final. |
TYPES OF WARRANTY |
We may offer two types of warranty:
Supplier warranty means that in case of unit failure the supplier will carry out all possible charges for repair, replacement, customs and shipping charges to the manufacturer (MFR), customs and shipping charges from the MFR to the customer. Generally our service center covers all range of supplied avionics though being a dealer and service center of leading avionics MFRs in case of very serious failure (defect) of unit our company has an access to provide repair for acceptable prices directly at MFRs facilities. Manufacturer warranty means that in case of unit failure the customer itself will carry out all possible charges for repair, replacement, customs and shipping charges to the MFR, customs and shipping charges from the MFR to the customer without any assistance from the supplier. Such warranty terms is more acceptable for the supplier because it works by sold and forgot principle. When ordering you must specify what kind of warrantees you want to receive. Generally we provide supplier warranty. This type of warranty supposes additional charges (approx 10% of total price). Our warranty applys only to equipment supplied by our company. |
